She is the Chef/Founder of west~bourne, the popular all day, zero-waste restaurant in SoHo, Manhattan that operates with a unique, fully integrated philanthropic business model. Through a partnership with Robin Hood Foundation, 1% of every purchase made at the restaurant benefits The Door, an organization that supports local hospitality training for youth and from which west~bourne hires most of its team.

Ariel Leizgold of Bellboy Tel Aviv is making a creative cocktail. In 2008 Ariel opened Tel Aviv's first ever cocktail bar and since then he's launched numerous award winning bars and restaurants in Israel and around the world that have become nightlife hotspots for those seeking a thrilling and sophisticated experience to enrich the senses. In 2011 Leizgold had the honor of being inducted into the list of 50 most influential people in Israel's hospitality industry and in 2012 he got the pleasure of authoring the country's leading bartending course and training book.

Rachel is the co-founder of Seed + Mill, New York's first sesame concept store, which opened in Chelsea Market in 2016. Seed + Mill sells freshly made tahini, halva in over 25 flavors, tahini soft-serve and a range of sesame spice blends. Rachel moved to New York from Australia in 2014, at which point she described herself as a ‘foodie entrepreneur’ trapped in the body of a media lawyer. Rachel was also one of the founders of The Bread & Butter Project, Australia’s first social enterprise bakery and remains a Director. She is a mom to Annika and Oliver and her beloved dachshund, Buddy.
